3rd Movement from Electric Counterpoint by Steve Reich
Electric Counterpoint is a piece written by Steve Reich in 1987. The third movement is 'Fast' and is the last movement in the piece. The entire piece is played by one guitarist, Pat Metheny, who used multi-tracking to record the following lines:
Electric Guitars 1-4 Principal ostinato, played out of phase with itself
Bass Guitars 1 & 2 Bass ostinato, played out of phase and panned in opposite directions
